Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Kiswah Tourss website or booking any of our Hajj and Umrah packages. By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Kiswah Tourss

Kiswah Tourss is a UK-based Hajj and Umrah travel company registered in England and Wales, with our office located at 58 Coldharbour Lane, Hayes, UB3 3ES, United Kingdom. 2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings made through Kiswah Tourss are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all persons included in the reservation.

3. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to full payment being received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@kiswahtour.co.uk. The following cancellation charges apply:

More than 90 days before departure — loss of deposit only
60–90 days before departure — 50% of total package cost
30–59 days before departure — 75% of total package cost
Less than 30 days before departure — 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Kiswah Tourss strongly recommends that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation costs.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

Kiswah Tourss reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels, or services where necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer alternatives where available.

6. Visa and Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and all necessary travel documents, including a Nusuk Permit for Umrah or Hajj, for the duration of your trip. Kiswah Tourss will assist with the Nusuk Permit application process where included in your package, but cannot be held responsible for refusals or delays by Saudi Arabian authorities.

You must ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Kiswah Tourss accepts no liability for any costs arising from insufficient or invalid travel documents.

7. Health and Medical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to travel and to comply with any health requirements for entry into Saudi Arabia, including vaccination requirements. Kiswah Tourss recommends that you consult your GP before travel.

Any medical conditions that may affect your travel must be disclosed to us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we believe a client’s health may be at risk.

8. Liability

Kiswah Tourss acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults by these third parties. Our liability to you is limited to the total cost of your package as paid to us.

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic.

9. Travel Insurance

Kiswah Tourss strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Your insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of baggage. Kiswah Tourss accepts no responsibility for any loss or cost that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your trip, please raise it with our representative on the ground as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, please submit a written complaint to info@kiswahtour.co.uk within 28 days of your return.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

Kiswah Tourss reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
